Delays may occur due to unit availability, affordability, inspections, security deposits, transportation, or landlord participation. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ Does DBHA provide security deposit assistance? No. DBHA does not provide security deposit assistance. Voucher holders are responsible for paying any required security deposit directly to the owner. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ What if I move into a unit before it passes inspection?
