The Daytona Beach Housing Authority (DBHA) is releasing proposed updates to the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program Administrative Plan and the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) for public comment.    

The 30-day public comment period begins February 13, (8 a.m.) and ends March 30, 2017 (5 p.m.). While DBHA encourages and welcomes all program participants, residents, and the community-at-large to review the proposed updates to the ACOP and HCV Admin Plan, you are not required to attend the public hearing in order to submit comments.  The date, time, and location of the public hearing is as follows:

Copies of the proposed updates to the ACOP and HCV Admin Plan will be available beginning February 13, 2017 until March 31, 2017 (5 p.m.) at the following locations:

Annual Plans

The Annual Plan is based on HUD reporting requirements. The Annual Plan requires a public comment process and is due to HUD 75 days prior to the start of the upcoming fiscal year. The annual plan includes required information on planned operations and activities for the fiscal year, including proposed new activities that require HUD approval for the upcoming fiscal year.
