Pursuant to 24 CFR 982.206, Public Housing Commissions must provide public notice to open their waiting list.

HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER (HCV) PROGRAM

Preliminary Waiting List applications will be accepted for 0, 1 and 2-bedrooms

ONLINE ONLY

May 16, 2022 8:30 AM THROUGH May 18, 2022 5:00 PM

Preliminary applications can only be submitted at www.dbhafl.org.

Applications will be entered into a lottery with a maximum of fifteen hundred applicants who will be placed on the waiting list.

Absolutely no applications will be taken at DBHA Offices

Preferences: DBHA currently has the following preferences for its Affordable Housing and Housing Choice Voucher Program

• Elderly/Disabled
• Residency Preference (must live/work in City of Daytona Beach and/or Volusia County)
• Homeless Preference (must be referred from DBHA-approved partner agency)
• Involuntary Displacement
